Jackson will build 109 sustainable timber homes at the Millennium Community in Kings Lynn.
Jackson Construction has been awarded a high profile £10.5 million project to create a Millennium Community in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Under the development for Morston Assets, Jackson will construct 109 highly sustainable timber frame houses and apartments to English Partnerships Millennium Community Standards.
The new houses are all expected to secure an excellent EcoHomes rating and will feature high levels of insulation, timber windows and doors from sustainable sources and efficient water and central heating systems.
The project is due for completion in Spring 2007.
