Keller brings in FD to head up North America

Keller has turned to its group finance director to head up its North America business.

The region is the ground engineering specialist’s largest and James Hind, who has been FD for 15 years, will succeed John Rubright as divisional president for North America next month.

Eric Drooff, currently president of Hayward Baker, Keller’s largest North American business, will become chief operating officer for North America reporting to Hind.

Hind is being replaced as chief financial officer by Michael Speakman, who held the same role at industrial services firm Cape until February this year.

The changes come as Keller, which saw turnover hit a record £2bn last year, is set to announce its interim results on 30 July.
