Grainger and Helical Bapr have been appointed to develop a mixed-use scheme in Hammersmith, west London.

The King Street project will include 290 homes, an 11,000m2 council office building and 5,000m2 of retail and leisure space. A footbridge will also be constructed to cross the river. A new public square, a pedestrian street and a redesigned park will also form part of the Sheppard Robson-designed scheme.
