Consultant and developer battles over unpaid and late invoices
Consultant Knowles is suing its developer DMW Developments, after the latter failed to pay several of its invoices. The developer engaged Knowles to provide various consultancy services in connection to the construction of three houses at Bolton’s place in south-west London. DMW then asked the consultant to advise and represent it in a dispute with the BLDA, architect on the scheme. Knowles is claiming £91,882.79, plus damages and interest, for late and failed payments.
