Chertsey Bridge Developments is suing property developers Laing Homes for more than £300,000 in a row over land in Chertsey.

Chertsey Bridge is claiming damages for trespass, nuisance, and breach of covenant on its car parking spaces at Bridge Wharf, Bridge Road, Chertsey, and on neighbouring land over which it has a right of way. Bahamian company Chertsey owns the leasehold of the disputed car parking spaces and land, according to a High court writ.
