Construction has begun on a £150m regeneration scheme by Barratt Homes in Lewisham, south London, after funding was granted by the HCA

Delivered in partnership with Lewisham council, the Loampit Vale scheme will provide 788 mixed-tenure homes, a leisure centre, commercial units and a cultural quarter. Assael Architecture designed the 777 flats and 11 houses to Code for Sustainable Homes level four.
