Developed by Hammerson in partnership with the Corporation of London, the building will provide 70,600 m2 of offices, as well as 4000 m2 of retail space and a large public area. Bishop’s Square was built on the old Spitalfields market site in east London and is among the last regeneration projects on the site. The project team included architect Foster and Partners and contractor Sir Robert McAlpine.
