PDQ Pipework is going to High Court to enforce an adjudication

Sussex company PDQ Pipework is suing Mitie Technology and Infrastructure in a £36,000 legal spat.

After a dispute arose between the two companies, an adjudicator was called in to decide the row.

He ruled that Mitie should pay PDQ Pipework £30,513.31 plus VAT in his award made in January this year, according to a High Court writ.

The adjudicator also ordered Mitie to pay interest, and the costs of the claim, a total of £36,212.23.

PDQ Pipework has now turned to the High Court and is seeking an order forcing Mitie to pay the money.
