A £200m tower in Kensington is set to receive the go-ahead from councillors.

The residential project in West Cromwell Road is a joint venture between Multiplex and Tesco, and will be the biggest development of its kind in the area for at least three decades. The council’s planning development committee has said it was minded to approve the 27-storey development, subject to final clarifications. The scheme was designed by Wood Bagot.
