Integrated Environmental Solutions and Stroma Accreditation launch EPC Assessor

Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) has launched the IES EPC Assessor, a new software that will enable the easy creation of Level 3 non-dwelling Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for England and Wales.

Stroma Accreditation has an exclusive alliance with IES for the distribution of the one-stop software package.

It offers the complete EPC solution for Level 3 including software, training, accreditation and support.

The software uses the firm's CLG accredited (VE SBEM) calculation methodology, which is model-based and easy to used.

Another advantage is the ability to compare this Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) calculated EPC against a Dynamic Simulation Model (DSM) calculated one.
