No place like home: The Home Office has finalised a deal to demolish the former home of the Department of the Environment in Marsham Street in Westminster. It will be replaced by this £244m Terry Farrell scheme. Construction is expected to start next year and will be completed by 2005. Annes Gate Property, a consortium comprising Bouygues (UK), HSBC Infrastructure and Ecovert FM, is backing the scheme.
