Halpern Architects has been granted planning permission for this mixed-use development in Cambridge.

The scheme, called Botanic Place, includes 3,600m2 of office space and 1,300m2 of commercial use as well as 151 flats, five houses and a community centre. The project, developed by Pace (Cambridge), is next to the railway station, and the site of a £725m mixed-use scheme by Richard Rogers Partnership that was refused planning permission earlier this year.
