Bewley Homes faces damages of £300,000

Property developers Bewley Homes plc are facing a claim for damages of more than £300,000 in a dispute over works to a property.

British Virigin Islands company Orkney Capital is suing Bewley Homes, of Baughurst, Hampshire, for damages for breach of contract, negligence, and breach of statutory duty. The claim centres around work to Enbourne House, built by Bewley Homes.
