Park Way is suing Asra Greater London Housing Association for £201,184 plus interest.

Park Way carried out refurbishment, repair and maintenance work at some of Asra’s 3,000 homes and alleges that work amounting to more than £200,000 has not been paid for. As a result Park Way says it could not buy two properties it wished to buy and had to borrow from its bankers.
