700-home scheme next to Curzon Street station could be tallest building in the city

Squire & Partners has submitted plans for a 53-storey tower in Birmingham containing more than 700 homes.

The 42 High Street scheme for developer Bluecastle Capital would be built on the site of a former Marks & Spencer’s store which has been earmarked for development in the city’s Central Heart plan.
