Stephen Hamlin, a surveyor at Gray Baynes & Shew Architects, spotted this blunder. “I was in Bangkok, Thailand last summer and happened upon this chap welding at first floor level, no edge protection or fall arrest equipment in sight, interesting use of the barrel and nice beanie hat though.”
