Telesoft Technologies goes to High Court claiming damages for a fire in 2005

Telesoft Technologies is suing Scottish and Southern Energy plc, and SSE Services plc, for more than £2.1m after a fire in 2005.

Telesoft, of Observatory House, Stour Part, Blandford St Mary, Dorset, blames the two companies for the fire in January 2005, and is demanding damages totalling £2,102,574.

Telesoft says the two companies were negligent, in breach of contract, and in breach of statutory obligations, and that this led to a fire at its premises.
