Architect KSS Design Group has unveiled this image of the long-awaited new stadium for Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

The club first applied for permission to build the ground in 2001 and has been waiting since then for a decision from John Prescott. Last week the club got the go-ahead for the 23,000 stadium at Falmer on the outskirts of the town.
