Shepherd Construction will complete the seven-storey City Point office block by Summer 2006.
Shepherd Construction has won a £10.6m contract to design and build City Point, a grade A1 office building in Leeds city centre.
On-site work began on the seven-storey business district development in December 2004.
The 62,020 sq ft building, scheduled for completion in Summer 2006, will house offices and a 32-space car park.
The site clearance will involve the demolition of an existing building before construction can begin.
