Crest Nicholson’s SixtyK Consortium has won the 10th and last site to build houses for English Partnerships’ £60,000 house competition.

The site in Milton Keynes is the third to have been won by the consortium, which also includes architect Sheppard Robson and off-site manufacturer Kingspan. The 6 ha site is the largest in the competition and will include 227 dwellings, a doctor’s surgery and a community hall.
