Construction has begun on phase one of RHWL’s St Paul’s Square development in Liverpool.

This £100m project, which is part of a wider masterplan for the area, will provide Liverpool with three commercial buildings, 70 residential units, a 350-space car park and a public square. Contractor for the project is Shepherd Construction. The scheme is due for completion in spring 2007, with phase two expected shortly afterwards.
