3D Reid has unveiled designs for a 16-storey headquarters in Manchester for the Co-operative Group.
The 320,000ft2 building will go for planning in July, with construction expected to begin in 2010. Buro Happold is the consulting engineer and Gardiner & Theobald is the cost consultant.
