Architect Dransfield Owens de Silva has applied for planning permission for this low-energy office block in Canada Water, east London. The building, for Danish property developer Foreign Property APS, is next to the Canada Water Jubilee Line station and the Daily Mail print works in Rotherhithe.
Other members of the project team include Southwark Energy Agency, a council-sponsored group encouraging energy conservation, M&E engineer Roberts & Partners and structural engineer Yolles Partnership.
