Architect Squire and Partners has beaten off competition from Allies and Morrison and Make to design a headquarters and flagship store for Reiss clothing.
The height of fashion
The project involves the redevelopment of the former London College of Fashion building on Barrett Street, London W1, and is dual aspect, with street frontages on both Barrett Street and Picton Place. A new glass-fronted five-storey building will provide a mixture of residential, office and retail uses, as well as housing Reiss’ flagship central London store.
