Developer Land Securities has applied for planning permission for this £2bn scheme north of London’s Victoria station.

The 2.9 million ft2 project includes two controversial towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). These have been reduced to 134m, from 168m and 138m respectively, following an outcry that the taller buildings would have damaged views of the Houses of Parliament. The scheme, which will include office, retail, leisure and residential elements, has been masterplanned by KPF, with contributions from Lynch Architects, Benson & Forsyth and Wilkinson Eyre.
