Consultant Atkins has unveiled this image of the £200m Bay Pointe development in Cardiff Bay for client Allied Developments Europe.




The 5.2 ha site is based around three towers, the tallest 36 storeys high. Together with low-rise accommodation, they will contain 997 residential units. Atkins will provide concept design, architecture, engineering, Urban Design and planning. Work is expected to start on site in 2006.
