Architect Hamilton Associates has submitted this 25-storey residential tower in Aldgate, east London, for planning permission.
It will have 287 apartments, shops on the ground floor and a small public park. The top of the tower has an aerodynamic wing profile that moderates the roof terrace wind environment. Client for the scheme is Inonder, planning consultant is DP9 and cost consultant is Davis Langdon.
