Architect Darling Associates has submitted this £37m proposal for a pair of towers in the south London suburb of Sutton.

The mixed-use scheme comprises two residential buildings either side of an existing 17-storey office block known as South Point. There will be retail space on the ground floor of the 13-storey west tower, which faces onto a square. This could form a transport precinct linking a tram and bus station with the train station behind. If planning is secured, the scheme is scheduled to start on site in autumn 2006.
