English Partnerships has selected Crest Nicholson and Galliford Try to redevelop a former hospital on the outskirts of Epsom, Surrey.

Crest and Galliford will build 700 homes in the grounds of the “Epsom Cluster”. Ben Derbyshire, managing director of HTA Architects, which is designing the development, said the scheme made a feature of the site’s rich legacy of Victorian former hospital buildings.
