The upper floors at the northern end are set back to allow room for a floating canopy, which has acquired the nickname of “the bonnet”. Transport for London will work on proposals for a new entrance to the underground station. John Shreeves & Partners is project manager and cost consultant, Gerald Eve advised on town planning, and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung was development consultant.
