Gleeds consultant on Aardman Animations' new headquarters in Bristol

Consultant Gleeds is working with the creators of animated legends Wallace and Gromit Aardman Animations on the design and build of an £8m new headquarters facility in Bristol where work has just begun.

Gleeds is providing project management, QS and planning co-ordination in the construction of a 3 storey, 3,200 m2 purpose-built building on Gas Ferry Road.

The new headquarters will provide new and improved accommodation for various departments including marketing, project management, creatives and broadcasting.

Ian Gibson, managing director of Gleeds and responsible for project managing the scheme, said: "Sustainability is an increasingly important field and our involvement only serves to stress Gleeds’ commitment and experience in delivering state of the art eco friendly buildings."
