Exhibition examines how un-recycled waste can be re-engineered to create useful objects

Wasted demonstrates how traditionally un-recycled waste, which ends up in landfill, can be reused to create useful products.

The project is the brainchild of recent RCA graduate architect Ian Douglas-Jones and designer Ben Rousseau who with the help of curator Arts Co have created a vast architectural seating strata using materials reclaimed by Elvis & Kresse.

E&KO creates life-style accessories by re-engineering seemingly useless wastes.

Wasted is exhibited in the tunnel connecting the South Kensington station on the London Underground to The Victoria & Albert Museum.

It forms part of London Design Festival.
