Development Securities has won planning permission for this £15m office and retail scheme at 333 Oxford Street in central London.
Designed by Allies and Morrison Architects, the project will go on site in summer and is due to be completed by autumn 2002. Structural engineer is Price & Myers, services engineer is Silcock Dawson & Partners and QS is AYH. A contractor has yet to be announced.
