Logistics firm says move has become effective today
Logistics firm Wilson James is the latest business to switch to an Employee Ownership Trust.
The business, which recently announced it had won a contract to help out with the Sizewell C construction site in Suffolk, said that 51% of the business will be owned in trust on behalf of its employees.
In its last set of results, Wilson James said turnover for the year to July 2025 was up 18% to £355m with pre-tax profit up 59% to £17m. The number of employees at the business for the period was 6,173.

The firm, which was set up in 1988, said the EOT had become effective today.
