Builders merchant promotes senior American to top job
Building materials firm Wolseley has appointed a new head of its north American operations.
Frank Roach, the firm’s senior vice president of north American operations, replaces Chip Hornsby who succeeds Charlie Banks as chief executive on 1 August next year.
Hornsby will spend time getting to know the European side of the business before he becomes head of the group.
Roach joined Ferguson, Wolseley’s American plumbing and heating business, in 1976.
