David Wilton takes over as finance director from Bob Hartley, who becomes services director while remaining company secretary
Consultant White Young Green has announced further board changes, a month after Lawrie Haynes stepped down as chief executive.
David Wilton, former finance director of holding company Adler & Allan Holdings, has been appointed finance director at WYG with immediate effect.
Bob Hartley moves over from being finance director to become services director and will continue his role as company secretary.
The firm said the appointments would provide the group with a “strong and focused board of directors”.
Last month Haynes stepped down as company boss by “mutual agreement” following months of economic turmoil at the firm, including a profit warning in November.
