Celotex GA4000 PIR insulation was specified for a new office building at Watermead business park in Leicestershire, which the company says has become the first carbon-negative Passivhaus commercial office in England. The triple-glazed windows and walling units were pre-insulated with 50mm Celotex GA4000. An additional layer was applied to the exterior blockwork.
