Property developer Wilson Bowden Developments has appointed Stuart Andrew surveying director.

He joins from Miller Construction where he undertook a similar role.

Andrew Storey has been appointed project director on Circadian's £500m Lots Road power station mixed-use development in Chelsea, London. He was formerly managing director at private property company Roseberry Homes.

Simon Potts has been appointed land director at developer Hillreed Homes based in Maidstone, Kent. He previously worked at the St James Group in central London.

John Dean has been appointed construction manager of Redrow Homes (South Midlands). His promotion follows three years as building manager at the firm's Odyssey development in London Docklands.

As part of the developer's expansion programme, Andy Webb has joined Hillreed as land manager at the Horsham office.

Housebuilder Charles Church has promoted Karl Endersby to the position of principal technical manager for its southern region, based in Camberley, Surrey. Karl has worked at Charles Church for five years.

Real estate, infrastructure and construction consultant EC Harris has made Andy Ritchie a partner to head up its Manchester operation.

Multidisciplinary consultant White Young Green has appointed John Harris-Bass associate, based in the construction dispute resolution team at the London office.

Ian Jones has been appointed Midlands area manager at roofing and cladding supplier Euroclad. Grant Te Whare has taken up the area manager position in the South-east, based in Romford.
