Colin Harvey has been appointed regional director to Bovis Lend Lease for Northern England and Scotland. His previous role as the company’s regional commercial director is being taken over by Tom Spilsted.

Retail contractor Dudley’s has appointed Robert Rice as divisional director of Dudley’s Architectural Aluminium division.

Mike Stubbs has been appointed safety, health and environment manager for north-west construction company David McLean.

Midlands-based Thomas Vale Construction has recruited Ian Cox as partnership and development director within its specialist housing division.

Geoff McCarthy (left) has joined construction consultant Concept to head up the company’s mixed-use team. Guy Brooks has also joined as project manager.

Quantity surveyor Tozer Gallagher CS has appointed Tony Meaden (right) as partner at its new London office. He previously worked at Gardiner & Theobald.

The Steel Window Association has elected John Chamberlain of Rea Metal Windows as president,

with Matthew Hahn of Steel Window Service and Supplies as vice president.

Tile maker Pilkington’s Tiles has appointed Phil Taylor to head its specification sales team for architects and local and health authorities.

Bath manufacturer Kaldewei has appointed Graham Wilby specifications manager for the North. Also appointed is Steve Haines, as specifications manager for the South.

John Kiely has been appointed commercial director at soil reinforcement manufacturer Tensar International Board.
