RIBA East Midlands hosts a seminar based around the practicalities of zero carbon homes

Sustainable design is a broad concept which aims to reduce the adverse effect of human activities on our world. It is possible with careful monitoring, planning and design that architects can reduce the demand on the world’s resources and CO2 emissions. The seminar will be based around the practicalities of zero carbon homes, building in a sustainable manner and the standards for best practice in sustainable design set by BREEAM.
