It is evident from the RICS’ business publication that most misconduct issues are not QS-related, and there is no evidence this will change.

Furthermore I am sure that most QS members consider that they have passed more than one set of qualifications, and that they have been fully committed to continuing professional development for some years now. Indeed the institution has made CPD a mandatory requirement.

The QS profession has lacked support from the RICS following Agenda for Change. It is to be hoped that QSs will see significantly enhanced support from the RICS after these totally inappropriate statements.
