Two thumping contracts mean Bovis' November tally is six times that of nearest rival HBG Construction.
Bovis Lend Lease knocked Bowmer & Kirkland off the top spot in November's contractor league, with more than £600m of new contracts.

These comprised a £400m shopping centre redevelopment in Milton Keynes and the £200m Regent Street regeneration scheme for the Crown Estates Commission. The deals also pushed Bovis into the lead in the yearly table.

Davis Langdon & Everest switched places with Gardiner & Theobald to top the QS chart after being selected with the Alsop consortium for Liverpool's Fourth Grace.

The clients' and architects' yearly tables remained largely unchanged.
