Commercial design and fit-out firm Paragon Interiors has completed a £2.8m contract with biotechnology company Renovo, a University of Manchester spin-off.

Paragon’s fit-out of the university’s Core Technology Facility (CTF) has created a working environment for up to 200 staff. It consists of 16,000ft2 of ISO standard research and development laboratories, and 21,400ft2 of office space.

Renovo’s expansion into the adjacent CTF building was essential for the business to meet potential demand for its leading product, Juvista, which claims to reduce scarring on the skin.
