This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch by Stiff + Trevillion associate director Sean Crummey shows the rooftops of Chelsea, looking towards the back of Cadogan Estates’ George House development, designed by the S+T team. The firm says the new retail units seen on Pavilion Road are the key element of this scheme. Opening up an unloved service road resulted in the creation of a new food and shopping destination including a butcher, baker, wine merchant, cheesemonger and greengrocer set alongside a public courtyard.
