This #buildingdoodle sketch is by Tom McAviney, project architect, Pitman Tozer Architects. He says: “Monier Road is a mixed-tenure and mixed-use development in Fish Island Village, Hackney Wick, opposite the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It is the cornerstone in a masterplan by Peabody and Hill to transform Fish Island into a walkable canalside neighbourhood. The mid-rise brick building provides 71 homes and also affordable workspaces hosted by social enterprise the Trampery.”
