Sketch of the week: Residential care community, Oxfordshire

This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by illustrator Tony Simmonds for Colwyn Foulkes & Partners. It shows the Old Prebendal House project in the village of Shipton-under-Wychwood near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, where a grade II-listed building was transformed from a private home into a residential care community for the elderly with a purpose-built nursing wing, 16 self-contained flats, 12 cottages, a library, dining rooms, community facilities and a communal courtyard.
