This week’s #buildingdoodle is by graduate panel member Emily Scoones of Ramboll as part of this week’s Next Generation Takeover. She says: “This sketch was one from a university course where the aim was to understand the construction methodology of some lost systems to see if we could learn from them. The system I looked at was the Metastadt system by Richard Dietrich, which was a prefabricated steel system of 90° elements that could be assembled on site. The idea was to create a flexible system which could be configurable.”
