Exactly which clauses in the NEC contract are most relevant to the potential impact of covid-19?

The scenario is changing on a daily basis, and the legal background to contracting may well need to change too. There has so far been no direct instruction to stop construction works. However, it is perceivable that more regulation may yet come into force. In any event, the virus may have a significant impact on existing and future contracts.
