Another of the key sites in English Partnerships’ London Wide Initiative has gained planning permission.

Consortium Key London Alliance has been given the green light for a residential development of 796 homes across nine buildings on the East India Dock Road, east London. The buildings, designed by CZWG Architects, range from between 36 and eight storeys, will cost about £150m and are expected to go on site January 2009. Key London Alliance is made up of Circle Anglia, Notting Hill, Inspace and Barratt Thames Gateway.
