Maintenance contract covers four of the seven BAA airports.
Alfred McAlpine has won a £50m maintenance contract at four of BAA's seven major UK airports.
It will provide mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services for Glasgow, Edinburgh, Southampton and Gatwick airports.
Initially running for five years the contract will be delivered through a partnering agreement between Alfred McAlpine and BAA.
Chief executive Ian Grice said: “This is a great opportunity for us to build on an already excellent customer relationship with a world class organisation.”
Alfred McAlpine has been working with BAA for over 15 years, delivering engineering services to BAA at Glasgow and Edinburgh airports.
